Our vodka, gins, and rums are bottled under our “Embers to Eden” label, allowing the “Burnt Barn Distilling Co.” label to be used exclusively for our flagship bourbon.
EMBERS TO EDEN GIN
We released our first gin in December 2024. Based on Head Distiller Taylor Schuster’s recipe, it garnered our very first award at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirit Competition in May, 2025. Uniquely delicious, this gin is a delightful surprise and has converted many who’ve claimed not to like gin into staunch devotees!


EMBERS TO EDEN VODKA
Our first product, and our most popular is our outstanding vodka. Beginning with Lundberg Organic Rice www.lundberg.com and distilled through our 28’ tall vodka column twice, it is combined with our specially treated, pure H2o, then filtered through a carbon and micron filter prior to bottling. The result is a clear, crisp vodka that carries a unique softness and is a pleasure to sip neat, with your favorite mixer, or in an icy-cold vodka martini.
EMBERS TO EDEN RUM
Our first version of our Embers to Eden rum is now available. Distilled from a combination of hand-selected molasses, this initial offering will be a smooth, clear rum, perfect in your favorite island-inspired cocktail.
A portion of this first distillation will go into one of our new Kelvin Cooperage charred oak barrels to be aged into a dark rum. We don’t know how long it will take to age to perfection, but we know that our specially treated water will allow the spirit to quickly take on the intense color and wonderful character of the charred oak.


“OLD TOM” STYLE GIN
This “Old Tom” style gin began as a part of our award-winning first-ever, Embers to Eden batch no. 1 gin.
Old Tom gins were popular in England in the 18th century and were, traditionally, sweetened with honey. Our modern version has been gently aged in a petite syrah port wine barrel from New Clairvaux Vineyard. In the stillness of the barrel, wine and wood worked their quiet magic, shaping a spirit with its own story to tell.
Bold and unique, with a soft blush of color, our “Old Tom” style gin is a spirit rooted in craftsmanship and place, made with pride in Paradise. We invite you to savor it in your own way, sip by flavorful sip.
BURNT BARN DISTILLING CO. BOURBON – A Bourbon of Resilience
April 2024 saw the first barreling of our whiskey, created by Head Distiller, Taylor Schuster. Though the final product must age a minimum of 2 years, our samples have revealed a superior product. From color to flavor, it already rivals some of the best bourbons we’ve ever tasted.
Head Distiller, Massi Stecca, has added his own artistry to our product that was barreled in early 2025.

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Burnt Barn Distilling Company, and I can’t say enough good things about their gin and vodka. From the moment I walked in, it was clear they take pride in their craft. The gin tastes like Christmas with cinnamon, nutmeg, and layers of botanicals that make every sip a pleasure. Their vodka is just as impressive and incredibly smooth, clean, and is perfect for sipping straight. It’s filtered an impressive 25 times and has all the toxic head removed from the liquor. I haven’t tested it, but supposedly it’s impossible to get a hangover from it (within reasonable drinking quantities). Instead of focusing on mass production, this distillery focuses on high quality.
